Develop architectural designs, drawings, and detailed plans for buildings and structures.
Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, requirements, and budgets.
Ensure designs meet regulatory codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
Work closely with engineers, contractors, and construction teams to ensure project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
Incorporate sustainable and cost-effective solutions into building designs.
Utilize CAD and BIM software for planning, modeling, and project visualization.
Prepare and present design proposals and technical reports to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience as an Architect Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction processes, and engineering principles.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Professional license or certification (preferred but not always required).
